Does Vera have the SMO over her AFO? looks like 2 layers. Or is it an AFO with hinge?

Yes, it's an AFO with additional piece for strapping. It's from DAFO. Took ttsh quite some time to get it into sg, but we like it cos it's flexible and easy to wear : )
