Of all the school days, Fridays are my favourite.
It's when Vera has Hydrotherapy.
I get to dip in the heated pool with her, run her through her exercises and feel her kicking.
There is none of the initial tensing up. She is relaxed and co-operative, and I feel we're dancing in water.
She used to fuss after 20 minutes. Now, she can last up to an hour.
Unfortunately I'm in the pool, so I couldn't take any pictures!

I love pool time and wish ours was indoor. It is way too hot at this time to get into ours. I would love to see Vera kick (dancing) in your workout. Her school sounds wonderful.

How great that it is heated :) I'm glad Vera's enjoying it more too...Her school looks so fun too! She gotten to be such a big girl and Daen he's such a cutie too!! :) Vera keep having fun in the pool. :)
May, Zane loves pool time, too. He used to be the same way as Vera: only tolerating 20 minutes or so. He, too, has worked up to 1-2 hours.
I am so glad Vera enjoys the water!! Happy swimming to both of you.
