I think her world could look so different from that view.
Annabel had terrible sleep habits. She would fall asleep but wake after couple hours thinking she had napped. So then I was up til 4 or 5 a.m. very frustrated. When Kourtni (the nanny came) she suggested this melatonin(natural med) and it has been a whole new life for us at night. I give it to her at around 7:45 and then I try hard to not let her go down til 8:15. If she does wake during the diaper due to diaper or lost pacifier she goes right back to sleep. But of course, everything won't work for everyone.
Thank you for keeping us up with what is going on so far from us here!Cathyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00725698005835278265noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5562020082504800049.post-66229934088722613142010-06-12T23:53:53.297+08:002010-06-12T23:53:53.297+08:00Lily does the same thing for the most part, except...Lily does the same thing for the most part, except she wants to go to sleep (lightly) around 1am then wakes up when I put her down. She then stays awake, usually crying, until 3 when I feed her. Then, she's out. She'll wake up around 7 to eat, but then fall asleep until 10:30am or 11 if I let her. I've found if I don't let her fall asleep after 5pm, she'll go down better around 10:30 or 11. Unfortunately, it's hard to keep her awake and get supper ready at the same time. Still, these sleep patterns have got to change! Dave's home all day for the summer, so maybe we'll get her trained in the next two months. Good luck with Vera! What a cute picture, by the way!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06059664122522530377noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5562020082504800049.post-45997085145023213092010-06-12T12:35:40.643+08:002010-06-12T12:35:40.643+08:00i should do that with Jonathan too. he sleeps aro...i should do that with Jonathan too. he sleeps around 12midnight too and sometimes later and then I wake up late too. it's going to be tough. but hang in there!
